| Time & Attendance | For GAVDI the time and attendance application is a flexible platform for time recording and time evaluation in accordance with labour agreements.
GAVDI has extensive experience with the different time recording solutions such as Plant Data Collection (PDC), cross application time sheet (CATS), Time Managers Workplace. Workflow is used to support the approval process for vacation application.
A focus area for GAVDI is the integration to payroll and performing secondary cost allocation (activity allocation) based on time data. DUET - the Information Worker initiative supported jointly by SAP and Microsoft - is giving some new possibilities for usage with Time & Attendance. |
| Payroll & Legal Reporting | GAVDI has extensive experience in SAP Payroll in all countries. GAVDI has implemented a variety of payroll solutions in the private as well as the public sector.
In Denmark GAVDI and Multidata has developed a full scale payroll solution in accordance with the Danish laws and labour market regulations.
GAVDI has successfully developed several interface solution (from simple interfaces based on one-way communication to complex two-way interfaces) between SAP HCM Payroll recording and legacy payroll systems. Thereby enabling the user to perform their tasks in SAP based on data from SAP even though the actual payroll is running outside SAP.

GAVDI has also experience in integrating Employee Performace with the self-service components – for example where the manager can access the appraisals he is responsible for in Managers Self Service and can change contents and status.
