All the companies in the INIT Group have changed their names from INIT to GAVDI. The change has only affected the company names - all other matters such as ownership, corporate structure, management, legal entities, etc. has not in any way be affected by the change.

From February 1st 2008 GAVDI is established in Germany with local headquarters in Heidelberg - next to SAP Headquarters in Walldorf.

From February 1st 2008 GAVDI is established in Sweden with local headquarters in Stockholm. This is the third Nordic opening of GAVDI within 6 months – now presenting GAVDI as a fully Nordic SAP HCM consultancy.

October 1st 2007 GAVDI opens SAP Development Centre in Wroclaw (Poland).

Today GAVDI has launched its new international web-site.

GAVDI is continuing its expansion outside of Denmark. From October 1st 2007 GAVDI in Finland is established with local headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.

GAVDI has established its second company outside of Denmark. From August 1st of 2007 GAVDI Norge AS has been established with local headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

GAVDI and leading Danish payroll provider Multidata are jointly entering the market for public payroll solutions with SAP payroll.

GAVDI has established its first company outside of Denmark. From January 1st 2007 GAVDI Polska S.A. has been established with local headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
