From February 1st 2008 all the companies former known as INIT, have changed their names to GAVDI. The new names are as follows:

The change of name is due to the fact, that the name "INIT" is already in use in many of the countries which GAVDI is targeting with its current expansion. The successful expansion and growth outside of Denmark was not foreseen in 1999 when INIT was founded as a small and local Danish company.
This has solely been a change of name. No change - what so ever - has been made in the ownership, the structure, the management or the legal entities of the companies in the group. And the original founders of GAVDI are still active in their normal roles within the GAVDI Group.
