Our people – the Power Supply of GAVDI

When we internally talk about GAVDI, we sometimes describe ourselves as the Duracell bunny. You know - the bunny which keeps on going and going – never seems to stop or give up. And the reason why the bunny keeps going is the battery – which is a perfect picture of our people. They are the power supply of GAVDI – everything begins and ends with them.

GAVDI is a people company. Many companies are stating the same but this is truer for GAVDI than any. Our services are performed by people, our brand and appearance is determined by our people, our products are made by people – and the list continues.

Being a people company, we strive to create the best possible working environment. Our Principles form the overall frame work of that working environment. But we also have some Life at GAVDI values which we are following. These values have not been defined by the Management or in a formal process. They have arisen from our daily life at GAVDI as the most valuable way to conduct our doings.
