Governance

AV is a support concept consisting of multiple support services. Each service is considered a separate module combined into tailor-made support packages for each customer. Through AV a company is supported by the best GAVDI experts – delivered canalized in small “slices” through the Services Modules.

AV is designed to support both companies with or without internal SAP HCM resources.

AV comes in sizes to fit all. Today, GAVDI is delivering AV to local customers with less than 2000 employees as well as global customers with 10.000 of users in 30+ countries on all continents.

AV is also delivered as a sourcing service with a combination of local resources and resources from price-competitive countries. Currently GAVDI is supporting a global Danish company in 37 countries with a combination of Danish and Polish resources.
