The icing on the cake – GAVDI Add-ons for SAP HCM.
SAP HCM is the world’s leading business suite – the ultimate cake - when companies digitize their people and organization processes. But like a cake even the best product gets better when supplemented by high quality add-ons.
GAVDI supplies a number of product add-ons to enhance the SAP HCM Business Suite. There are two main categories of product add-ons:

  • Country Products. Local country-specific add-ons to provide functionality for country-based requirements.
  • General Products. Support specialized functionalities in relation to SAP HCM and improving usability for certain roles in the HCM organization.

As the name implies, the Country Products differ from country to country. For example in Denmark, SAP does not provide its own net payroll component for SAP Payroll. Therefore GAVDI Denmark has developed its own SAP net payroll component called “ERP Løn” for both the private and the public sector. Please refer to the specific GAVDI country sites for further information.

For the General Products, GAVDI distributes and implements Accenture software products in the Nordic market. The products are accelerators, templates and software tools that increase SAP HCM functionality. The products have a well-proven track-record being used by more than 1.400 customers around the world.

Clone & TestReplicates data between SAP HCM systems. –For example the productive system is copied to a testing or educational environment. Relevant for SAP HCM upgrades and implementation projects.

Audit
& Compliance		A payroll exception reporting tool that highlights errors and exceptional data. It also provides a comprehensive overview of system parameters, roles and authorizations. Relevant for organizations using SAP HCM and payroll.

HR Management SuiteA web based front-end to SAP HCM, designed to simplify the remote access of HR employees wherever they are located. Supports a distributed process between central HR Departments (remuneration policies, payroll, social security etc.) and de-central Locations (hiring, contract change, shift planning, time management etc.).

OrgPublisherAn organizational reporting tool that builds web-based organizational charts via an automated process. Includes an interface to SAP HCM.
