The SAP Business Suite is a highly effective tool. But the more advanced the tool, the more skilled the users need to be. GAVDI has many years of experience in getting the most out of SAP HCM and NetWeaver. That is why our implementation customers use us for training them in SAP.

The unique quality of GAVDI SAP training is mastering of selection and education of our Trainers. Because one is an expert in SAP, does not make one an expert Trainer. GAVDI selects Trainers among our expert consultants who also have the personal skills to teach others. We train our Trainers in modern communication and teaching techniques to be able to leverage expert knowledge for a proper level of understanding – regardless of the students’ levels.

GAVDI offers training in a number of different ways:

Customer-specific Training in HCM and NetWeaver
Project-specific Training
E-learning Systems

GAVDI continuously provides expert instructors for the standard courses delivered by the local SAP units in each country. The courses are normally classroom-based and held at the SAP premises. For further information refer to the SAP websites in each country or at www.sap.com.

GAVDI also provides customer-specific training. The training may take place at the customer site or at GAVDI – and may be based on the customer SAP system or GAVDI’s own training systems. The training may concern new SAP standard functionality or SAP functionality not yet used by the customer, the training of new support personnel or end-users at the customer. Our project-specific training may be delivered in many ways. From the workshop-based, introduction to standard SAP functionality as described in our Preparation Services to dedicated end-user classroom trainings in specific customer functionality as part of the Implementation.

GAVDI also has experience in using E-learning systems for providing SAP training. This may be general training or project specific. Our role in E-learning training is normally to structure, prepare and load the SAP content used by the learning system. If the customer is using SAP E-learning, then INIT is normally also the used as the system consultant.
